K K Tse was the founder of K K Tse & Associates, a management
consulting firm specialized in business strategy, leadership development
and corporate governance. He was previously a senior executive at the
Shui On Group for ten years.

He is the author of "Marks & Spencer: Anatomy of Britain’s Most
Efficiently Managed Company" (Oxford: Pergamon Press, 1985) which
was translated into Chinese and Russian and published in Beijing and
Moscow.  

He has published three Chinese titles on management subjects, focusing
respectively on Quality Circles, Total Quality Management, and Business
Process Re-engineering.  

He was the president of Hong Kong Society for Training & Development,
1989-92.

Since his retirement in 2000, he has been devoting his time in promoting
social entrepreneurship in Hong Kong.
