Time goes by like a white horse racing through narrow spaces between
trunks of trees in the country.  The Book Attic started servicing the
community last year on 20th April; this baby will soon be one year old.
The Attic's first birthday party was held on Sunday, 19th April 2009 from
noon to 5 PM.

Book lovers, members, family members and walk in customers enjoyed a
pleasant afternoon at the Attic.  I've posted some photos to share with
you, please click
here.
Cool Loo is a professional magician.  He will perform magic
related to books at the Attic's birthday party from noon to 5 PM.

His collection of magic books will be exhibited at The Book Attic
from 19/04/2009 to 18/05/2009.
Lolita So, a book lover who reads only Chinese books will bake
The Book Attic's first birthday cake to share with the Attic's
member.
Oswald Chan has donated the fund for the purchase of an HP
Printer as the Attic's one was out of order in March.  He also
arranged the music of the birthday party slideshow.
Special   thanks   to   the   following   book   lovers   for   their
special   birthday   gifts   to   the   Attic.
Uncle N.C Wong who performed Chinese flute last year will

Auspicious Wish
At this very moment, for the peoples and the nations of the earth, may not even the names disease, famine, war, and suffering be heard.
Rather may their moral conduct, merit, wealth, and prosperity increase, and may supreme good fortune and wellbeing always arise for them.
