Tune-smiths Anders Nelsson and Perry Martin composed and produced
many jingles, soundtracks and songs together in the 70s and 80s as
partners in the The Melody Bank production house.
Martin subsequently emigrated to California to pursue his singing,
playing and writing career but the partners and friends stayed in touch
and met in L.A. this January to discuss a musical reunion. At the time
Perry revealed that he has written a book called "Pretty Flamingo" and
Anders was so impressed with it that he has become involved in the
development of a film as well as getting the book into the Hong Kong
market where Perry still has many friends and fans.
Anders, meanwhile, has continued his music industry career as well as
performing as singer, actor, DJ and MC and has brought a magnificent
book about classic guitars to Hong Kong called "The Foxylady Project".
The Book Attic is proud to host an event where both Perry and Anders
will share their experiences and at which both "Pretty Flamingo" and "The
Foxylady Project" will be available for purchase.

playing two or three songs 'unplugged'.
